先週、会社で年一でやっているスキルチェックをやっていた時、今年一年、成長が止まっていることに気づいた。今年を振り返ると、異動した同僚から仕事を引き継いで、やることがすごく増えた実感がある。でも、量が増えただけで、スキル向上にはつながっていなかったのかもしれない。ミスできない仕事が大量にある。周囲が思うよりは簡単じゃないけど、まあこれまでの知識と経験で回せる。そんな感じの一年だった。
Last week, when I evaluated my skill which all employees were required to do once a year, I realized I hadn't grown that much since last year. Looking back on 2021, my work has increased ever since two of my colleagues left our team. However, it may not lead to the development of my career. There are lots of tasks I have to do. Those are not as easy as other colleagues think, but I can handle them with less effort. I spent this year like that.
